Privacy Notice

AfterbellFX Labs is the data controller for the current Afterbell website and waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, email team@afterbellfx.xyz. This notice will be updated if the operator or the purposes of processing change.

• Waitlist details: the username and email address you submit to reserve a username and join the list.
• Temporary reservation details: the username and email associated with an uncompleted reservation, which expires after 15 minutes.
• Operational request logs: request ID, time, HTTP method, route path, response status and duration. The application logger deliberately excludes query values and does not log request bodies, email addresses, or IP addresses.
• Technical data handled by hosting and network providers may include connection details such as an IP address under those providers’ own systems and notices.

The current waitlist does not ask for wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, or payment information. Never send us a seed phrase or private key.

• To check whether a requested username is available, hold it temporarily, and add a person to the waitlist.
• To contact waitlisted people about invitations and material updates to Afterbell. Joining does not guarantee an invitation.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and prevent abuse of the website and API, and to keep basic operational records.
• To respond to privacy requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use waitlist information to make automated decisions about a person that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.

For username checks, reservations and waitlist entry, we process the details you submit to carry out the steps you ask us to take. We use operational logs for our legitimate interests in running, securing and troubleshooting the site and API. We also use information when necessary to meet a legal obligation. You can ask us about the legitimate interests relevant to a particular use.

Uncompleted username reservations expire after 15 minutes. We keep waitlist entries while the waitlist is active and until they are no longer needed for the purposes above, unless we must retain limited information for security or legal reasons. The waitlist does not yet have a scheduled closing date. Application request logs are written to the hosting runtime; retention of those logs depends on the runtime provider’s configuration. Email team@afterbellfx.xyz to request deletion of your entry.

Information is available to the people who operate the waitlist and to service providers needed to host the site, API and database. Those providers process information to provide their services and may handle it in the countries where their systems operate. If information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will use a transfer mechanism required by applicable data-protection law. We do not disclose waitlist information to stock issuers, sell it to data brokers, or share it for third-party advertising.

The current landing page does not configure advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The waitlist flow uses ordinary page and API requests. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly operational technologies under its own terms. If we add analytics, marketing cookies, or other non-essential tracking, we will update this notice and provide any controls required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, email us from the address on your waitlist entry and tell us what you need. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request is yours. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

We will not make a person waive rights that cannot legally be waived. The exact rights and response periods depend on applicable law.

We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to a small waitlist service, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. This notice may change as the product develops. We will post the current version here and revise the date above.
